You are a spiritual being, having had many experiences in this life, you may be suffering from fears, anxiety, anger, stress, body aches/pains, relationship problems, and poor self esteem. Often, there is so much more than what you can see that is affecting you.
You probably have had many previous lifetimes, and sometimes traumas or experiences affect us in this life because they were left unhealed in our other lives. If symptoms seem very unexplainable and persistent, it could be from a previous life.
Your family, especially your parents, and your culture also have a great effect on you, maybe you are incapable of picking the right partner, or have poor relationship skills, or have self esteem problems, all of which could be due to unhealed relationships or traumas within your family system.
Your mind is like a computer that often runs on 'auto pilot', downloading information and sending out information. Sometimes you may be unaware of what is downloaded into your system that may not be working for you. Wake up and start delegating what goes in and out of your computer and take the reigns of your life again. You are in charge and you are very powerful. You can have any life you choose for yourself.
It helps to have support and to have someone see what it is that you just cannot see because it's too close or too big, or you're too caught in it, etc.
Healing occurs on all levels; past lives, family systems, your body, your mind, and your energy is cleared of debris and pain.
