About Me
I am a Marriage & Family Therapist Intern registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences. I work with Adults, Children & Families. I work with an open, compassionate heart, and I like to have fun through healing.
I am trained in Hypnotherapy from the HCH Institute in Lafayette, CA. This training is spiritual in its approach to Hypnotherapy. It is very effective in healing because it bypasses the ego and works with your subconscious in changing old patterns and beliefs.
I am trained in Advanced Integrative Psychotherapy (AIT), which is a quick form of psychotherapy that works with your energy centers. Emotions create a vibration, or energy, that your body learns to store, which can cause bodily dis-ease, aches, pains, and tightness in your muscles. They also create self-defeating thoughts, self-hate, and unhealthy patterns in behavior. Together we learn what your body remembers and we clear out your energy systems to let go of the negative. I work under a Registered Art therapist and I love using art therapy techniques for healing. Art therapy is an expressive form of therapy for both adults and children, it is very therapeutic because it works with the creative side of your brain, bypassing the logistical side that constantly wants to analyze everything. Art therapy is great for children because they don't feel the pressure of expressing their feelings verbally.
